The University of Maryland School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation offers certificate programs in urban design, historic preservation, and real estate development. The certificate programs are designed to compliment and run in tandem with other degree programs, offering added expertise in specialized aspects of the built environment.

John B. Colvin Capstone CompetitionThe Capstone is the final, signature project for the Master of Real Estate Development Program and culminates with the John B. Colvin Capstone Competition, a juried competition that takes place during the student’s final semester.
