Information Sessions

Home Admissions Information Sessions

The School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation offers virtual and in-person information sessions for undergraduate and graduate prospective students. Below are sign up forms for upcoming sessions. You can also view past information sessions on Youtube

Prospective transfer students can learn more about the University of Maryland’s transfer process on this UMD Transfer Resources page

Undergraduate Information Session

We host several information sessions each fall for prospective students to learn more about our undergraduate programs in architecture and real estate development. Each session offers an overview of the program, life in the school and opportunities to ask questions and meet current students and professors.

Graduate Information Session

Graduate information sessions are offered virtually and in-person every fall and some spring semesters for prospective architecture, urban studies and planning, historic preservation, real estate development and PhD students. They’re a great opportunity to learn more about the program, meet with our directors, ask questions and talk to current students.

For information on tours or for opportunities to talk to a current student or sit in on a class, go to the visit us page.
