Located on the lower level of the Architecture Building near the auditorium, the Kibel Gallery offers dynamic, engaging exhibits on design, architecture and the built environment during the fall and spring semesters. It is open Monday through Friday 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Admission is free.

Kibel Gallery
Renovated in 2001 through a gift from the Kibel Family Foundation, the Kibel Gallery showcases creative expressions impacting the built environment.
Linear Gallery
Established in 2008, the Linear Gallery is a flexible exhibition space in the School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation that offers a dynamic forum for learning, exhibition, and collaboration.

Architecture Student Organizations
Alpha Rho Chi (APX)APX is the national fraternity for architecture and the allied arts. Its brotherhood unites men and women for the purpose of fellowship and lifelong friendships and mutual interest in professional development. This is exemplified by the fraternity's motto: Fidelitas, Amor et Artesor, "Fidelity and Love of the Arts."
Historic Preservation Organization
The Historic Preservation Organization (HiPO) provides students who are working towards any historic preservation degree or interested in the field of historic preservation with opportunities to further engage the preservation community at the University of Maryland and beyond.
