Biography:Stephanie P. Dalke joined EFC as a Program Manager in January 2019. Stephanie spent the last several years at the Pinchot Institute for Conservation, where she worked on a variety of projects in the Delaware River basin.

Biography:Brandy joined the Environmental Finance Center at the University of Maryland in 2012. She has over fourteen years of experience working at the federal, state, and local level providing technical assistance across a broad array of social, environmental, and fiscal policy issues.

Biography:Prior to joining EFC in 2013, Mike was the Director of Communications & Education at Pinelands Preservation Alliance, a state-wide non-profit environmental organization whose mission is protecting and preserving over 1 million acres of the New Jersey Pinelands.
Michelle Kokolis
Biography:Michelle Kokolis joined EFC as a Program Manager in December 2018 and now serves as the Director for the Partnership for Action Learning in Sustainability (PALS). She has spent her entire career developing restoration, outreach, and education programming focused on cleaning up the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries.

Biography:Michelle G. Magalong, PhD is a scholar-activist committed to elevating the stories of underrepresented peoples and places through historic preservation, planning, and public policy.
Danish Kumar
Biography:Danish joined EFC as a Program Manager in August 2024. He holds a master’s in civil engineering from the University of Wyoming, where his research focused on energy transition technologies, including hydrogen transportation, carbon capture and storage infrastructure, and the safety of small modular reactors.
