Veterans Property Investment Groups presents Morgan State at Broadway East and Southern Heritage Apartments. The mixed use, commercial (20,000 sf of Retail zone and 30,000 sf of Office area), and housing (78 multi-family units) development represents a transformational catalyst for the Broadway East neighborhood. Its presence will serve a long-disinvested community and act as the first step in anchoring the local neighborhood to bring economic growth and private investment to this Baltimore Opportunity Zone.

The property features a plethora of amenities & services including activity rooms, commercial kitchen, health clinic, medication management, and transportation.

OakStone Communities’ Jacquelynn Residences at Upton Place is a 4-story, 138-unit independent living community located in Ellicott City, MD near the intersection of Baltimore Pike (US-40) and St. John’s Lane (MD-183).
The LEED Gold, 180,200 sq. ft building offers a mix of one bedroom, one bedroom + den, and two bedroom units as well as an array of lavish amenities and supportive services designed to keep seniors physically active, socially engaged, and spiritually serene.
