Fuhrman Development is proposing The Haven, an 8-story mixed-use development in College Park, Maryland. The ground floor will consist of 6 retail tenants and a residential lobby with 2 levels of structured parking behind them to allow for 336 spaces. The remaining 6 floors above will consist of 268 units and a mix of amenities.

Tanya Bansal Named Director of Real Estate Development Program

Clinical Associate Professor Tanya Bansal has been named director of the University of Maryland’s Real Estate Development Program. In her new role, she will oversee the graduate, undergraduate and accelerated graduate degrees at the university’s School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation.
