Degree Planning

When planning out your degree, please remember the following: 

  • All students must earn a minimum of 120 credits to graduate from the University of Maryland. No exceptions will be made.
  • All students must earn a minimum of C- in all courses required for the Architecture or Real Estate in the Built Environment majors. This includes PHYS121 and MATH120 for Architecture, and REBE electives for the REBE major. No exceptions will be made.
  • All Gen Ed requirements must be met.
  • All students should take 14-16 credits per semester (30 per year) to graduate in a timely manner.
