Biography:Ron McDonald is Managing Principal of RMC Development, LLC, based in the Washington, DC/Baltimore region, and an adjunct professor at UMD’s School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation (MAPP), where he serves on the Board of Visitors. He teaches negotiations and advises UMD’s NAIOP development competition team.

Biography:I enjoy work that is creatively challenging and I approach each design problem as a game, and that is what challenges me,...the search for that "sweet spot" solution for a design problem that also conveys a sense of artistic composition.
