Real Estate Development Minor
The real estate development minor provides students a comprehensive overview of sustainable real estate development, including finance, urban planning, and design and the roles of government and the private sector.

History and Theory of Architecture
A minor in history and theory of architecture provides students with an interest in architectural history insight into diverse architectural cultures and research methods in order to understand architectural phenomena in a broad context.

Construction Project Management
A minor in construction project management offers a working knowledge of concepts, tools, and techniques for effective project management and team collaboration. The minor is administered by the A. James Clark School of Engineering.

Creative Placemaking Minor
The Creative Placemaking Minor educates students to leverage the power of the arts, culture and creativity for the improvement of communities by engaging with the activities of local stakeholders and arts practitioners. The minor is a collaboration between MAPP and the College of Arts and Humanities (ARHU).

Sustainability Minor
A minor in sustainability studies helps students prepare for the needs of an ever-changing environmental, economic, and social landscape through issues related to business, government agencies, and non-governmental organizations around the world.
