University of Maryland’s Career Center has information on writing resumes, cover letters, and preparing for interviews. The Career Center also offers job fairs throughout the year.
The School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation Career Services offers extensive services to students. Workshops are offered throughout the year to prepare students to move into the workforce. In addition, students can have their resume and portfolio reviewed by a career advisor through drop in hours or by appointment in TerpEngage.
The School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation, in conjunction with the University Career Center, holds an annual Career Fair. This past year, 70 plus firms representing careers in the built environment participated.
The Architecture, Planning, Preservation, and Real Estate Development Career & Internship Fair will be held on Friday, March 7, 2025 from 1:00 - 5:00 PM at the Riggs Alumni Center in College Park, Maryland.
