  • ARES American Real Estate Society: Founded in 1985, ARES is a network of real estate thought leaders focused on research and education in real estate decision-making and markets.
  • AAREP DC: Established in 1995, the African American Real Estate Professionals D.C. Foundation supports African Americans in commercial real estate through education and career advancement.
  • CREW DC: Commercial Real Estate Women, founded in 1979, promotes professional opportunities for women in commercial real estate.
  • DCBIA: With nearly 500 member companies, DCBIA leads real estate development in Washington, D.C., through advocacy, networking, and partnerships. 
  • International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC): Founded in 1957, ICSC is a global trade association for the shopping center industry, supporting economic development and community engagement. 
  • NAIOP: Since 1967, NAIOP has been a leading organization for commercial real estate developers, owners, and investors, offering advocacy and education.
