Professor Emeritus Ralph Bennett and Clinical Professor Amy Gardner Elevated to the American Institute of Architecture College of Fellows
Professor Emeritus Ralph Bennett and Clinical Professor Amy Gardner have been elected to the American Institute of Architects (AIA) College of Fellows (FAIA). Ralph and Amy are two of over 100 members elevated this year out of 80,000 AIA members. This prestigious honor recognizes their extensive contributions to the advancement of the profession through teaching and practice. EPA awards University of Maryland’s Environmental Finance Center six-year grant
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has selected the University of Maryland as the recipient of a six-year award to expand the work of the university’s Environmental Finance Center (EFC). The University of Maryland’s Environmental Finance Center (EFC) begins work this month on the region’s first Municipal Online Stormwater Training (MOST) Center, a web-based resource to help municipalities within the Chesapeake Bay Watershed access and implement innovative stormwater management techniques to improve water quality in the Bay.
