Where Community Comes Together Under One Roof

Fuhrman Development is proposing The Haven, an 8-story mixed-use development in College Park, Maryland. The ground floor will consist of 6 retail tenants and a residential lobby with 2 levels of structured parking behind them to allow for 336 spaces. The remaining 6 floors above will consist of 268 units and a mix of amenities. The amenities include a front terrace for residents to view the liveliness of the city, a back terrace facing the beautiful views of Paint Branch that has a small playground and dog park, a usable green roof where residents can lounge and participate in a community garden, a pet spa, a fitness center, a business center, and a community room. The Haven will act as a vital stopping point for the community with its neighborhood-centered retail tenants and will allow residents to dock for sanctuary.
