Jelena Đaković (Djakovic) brings a decade of experience in design and communication across the higher education sector, where she has developed a diverse skill set in producing impactful communications and outreach materials.

As the Communications Coordinator at the School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation (MAPP) she plays a key role in overseeing the design and production of digital and print marketing materials. Jelena manages numerous projects and vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality outputs that align with MAPP and UMD strategic goals. She is responsible for website management, tracking performance analytics, and ensuring digital accessibility. She also creates design materials and provides photography services for school events and promotional purposes, enhancing the school's visibility and engagement through effective marketing efforts.
