Ansley Jacobs is a Climate and Sustainability Program Assistant at the University of Maryland's Environmental Finance Center, where she provides research and technical assistance to communities across the Mid-Atlantic region. Her work supports climate action planning and resilience building efforts at the municipal and regional scale. Ansley has a strong academic and professional background in marine science, environmental history, and ecological restoration. 
She earned her B.S. in Marine Science: Biology with honors from Eckerd College in 2023, where she also completed a book on the historical ecology of the campus, exploring the intersection between environmental history and climate resilience.
