Lena Redisch

Lena Redisch is a Student Services Program Manager where she advises undergraduate students and promotes academic and career development initiatives. Lena is passionate about supporting students as they navigate their college experience and creating meaningful opportunities for them to succeed.  

Prior to joining MAPP in summer 2023, Lena worked in a variety of student support roles including as an academic coach for students with disabilities and in leadership training for improving disability services and education throughout the lifetime. Lena has also worked within a school counseling department focusing on transition planning and individual student counseling.

Originally from Maryland, Lena earned her M.A. in Counseling Education and her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Connecticut, where she was also a member of the women’s swim team. Outside of work, she enjoys new travel opportunities, exploring new artistic outlets, and spending time with family and friends.
