The Municipal Online Stormwater Training Center (MOST) was created to help bridge the gap in needed technical and financial stormwater management resources in the Chesapeake Bay watershed. MOST provides easily accessible, online education and training that empowers communities to build resilience and develop effective and affordable stormwater management programs.
Educational content includes short, on-demand courses with interactive lessons, videos, and knowledge checks, and an interactive case story map demonstrates local successes in using clean water funds to help keep waterways healthy and economically viable. Short videos feature lessons learned from local practitioners around the Chesapeake Bay region, and a Resource Center provides a wealth of reports, tools, factsheets, and more to help communities meet their stormwater management needs.
