Combining coursework from the real estate development and historic preservation programs, the dual degree allows students to fully integrate the economic and business principles of development into the process of historic preservation. This 66-credit program enables graduate students to complete a Master of Real Estate Development and a Master of Historic Preservation degree in as little as five semesters.
