Legacy Architecture, Inc. is seeking a fulltime Senior Project Manager to join our team. This position is an architectural Senior Project Manager who has a mix of experience in historic preservation, commercial and residential architecture, and interior design projects. The individual will work in partnership with the project teams and will be accountable for the studio success. In addition to overseeing project financial success and project team success, the SPM will be charged with client development and client management. S/he will coordinate with all project team members to ensure the work is completed within the project schedule, maintain and manage client expectations, and lead production of the documents throughout all phases, including the necessary design and jurisdictional reviews.

• A degree in architectural technology, architectural studies, or architecture, with a NAAB-accredited degree, or minor or certificate in historic preservation preferred.
• Ten (10) or more years of professional architectural experience; a license is preferred.
• Experience coordinating all project efforts to ensure effective execution on schedule, within budget, and with maximum client satisfaction.
• Experience managing budget, schedule, project communications and documentation, office administrative tasks, and project team assignments.
• Experience leading, overseeing, and monitoring the work of a team of 4-5 persons.
• Experience in all phases of architecture from Schematic Design through Construction Contract Administration.

• Experience with building codes and working with authorities having jurisdiction: 2015 IBC and IEBC, 2009 ICC A117.1; Wisconsin Commercial Building Code SPS 361-366; and Wisconsin Uniform Dwelling Code SPS 320-325 preferred.
• Experience in Group A, B, F, M, and R use and occupancy classifications.
• Experience in Type IIIB, VA, or VB types of construction.
• Knowledge of civil, structural, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical engineering systems.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Microsoft Office, COMcheck, and REScheck.
