Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Architectural History, History, Historic Preservation, or related field
    • 6 or more years of full-time professional Cultural Resource Management (CRM) experience conducting historic resource surveys and archival research
    • 6 or more years of experience with Federal and State CRM requirements, processes, and guidance, including Sections 106 and 110 of the National Historic Preservation Act, NPS NRHP bulletins, and Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties
    • 6 or more years of experience applying NRHP eligibility criteria and aspects of integrity to evaluate historic resources

    Preferred:

    • Master’s degree in Architectural History, History, Historic Preservation, or related field
    • 4 or more years of experience in performing historic resources surveys and preparing reports for transportation projects administered by the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT), the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), and/or the Federal Transit Administration (FTA)
    • 4 or more years of experience coordinating historic resource evaluations and assessments with the Georgia SHPO
    • High degree of professionalism, self-motivation, and desire to work in a collaborative team environment
    • Excellent proactive communication skills in terms of responsiveness, detailed assessments, and risk management
    • Demonstrated ability to carry projects to completion, including the ability to work on a wide range of projects within interdisciplinary teams
    • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple complex projects while meeting established deadlines
    • High level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent technical writing skills
    • Self-motivated, driven, hardworking, and accountable
    • Documented experience in task and project management
    • Experience working in a fast-paced consulting environment
