LSY is seeking Registered/Licensed Architects to join our team. Applicants should have well-rounded skills and an interest in solving challenging design issues from conceptual phase through construction, as well as a positive and collaborative attitude. An interest in Science & Tech and healthcare architecture is a plus!
Basic responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Developing design solutions as well as comprehensive construction documents, in a manner consistent with firm-wide standards
- Collaborating with team members throughout the life of the project (SD, DD, CD, CA)
- Solving technical challenges
- Participating in client/ user meetings
- Code Review
- Specification Writing
- Construction Administration
- Coordinating with consultants
Qualifications:
- U.S. Architectural License/Registration Required
- Proficiency in Revit and MS Office
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong technical and organizational skills
- Team oriented, and willingness to assist colleagues
- Enthusiasm and adaptability to responding to project challenges with innovative solutions
- Experience with MS Teams
