Fowlkes Studio is looking for a motivated, talented design leader with 5+ years of relevant professional experience, an accredited architecture degree, and a strong interest in residential architecture and interior design. Candidates should be prepared to take on primary responsibilities for multiple jobs.
They should be self directed and eager to engage in all facets of the process including feasibility, design, interior design, approvals, construction documents and construction administration. Project Leads should be attuned to the "big picture" of a given project and should be able to independently determine the most effective way to move it toward completion. In addition to carrying out project-related tasks, Leads should be comfortable managing and training less experienced staffers. It is critical that applicants are comfortable communicating directly with clients and our trade partners.
