We are currently seeking qualified entry level and mid-level project designers/architects with residential design and project management experience.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 to 7 years of professional experience, including some small commercial projects, and advanced knowledge of construction detailing, project management, and construction/field experience. Strong knowledge of Revit and Sketchup is required. MODE4 offers competitive salary and benefits. Self-starter with strong conceptual design and detailing skills.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience as an Architect Level 2 or equivalent (license not required).
Demonstrates knowledge of building codes, construction budgets, project budgets and other professional practice issues.
Experience and advanced knowledge in project management, design, planning, programming, construction documentation and project detailing and materials. Fully competent in all conventional aspects of architectural practice. Experience with small commercial projects is a plus.
Acts independently and decisively from a sound background in architectural principles.
Required program experience: Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch-up, and Photoshop.
