Architectural Support Group, LLC t/a ASG is looking for a Project Architect/Project Manager with a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related degree with relevant experience.
Applicant must possess three (3) to seven (7) or more years experience and technical knowledge of residential, multifamily, and general construction. Previous construction experience is desired. Analytical, troubleshooting and an understanding of the building envelope is a must. Applicant must be personable and communicate well with clients. Applicant should have a knowledge of the design, documentation, and contract administration processes including previous knowledge and experience dealing with AIA contracts and project specifications. Must know how to use CAD programs and the Microsoft office suite. Revit or other 3D drafting programs (ArchiCAD) along with experience with the Adobe Suite of products is also a strong benefit for consideration. Candidates licensed as an architect or working toward architectural licensure is preferred.
This individual will work closely with the principal and team on all aspects of our projects.
Salary Information: Commensurate with experience. Position includes health and dental insurance and includes profit sharing, 401K, and PTO and Vacation Time. Please provide salary requirements.
