We are an energetic and fast-growing firm with a passion to create high-level design projects for a variety of public and private science and technology, educational and institutional clients
The candidate must have a well-rounded architecture experience in all aspects of design, and documentation with preferred experience in the following sectors: educational, healthcare, science and technology, or local, state or Federal government clients.
- 3 Years minimum to 9+ years professional experience in Architecture.
- Professional degree from an accredited college required.
- Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite required
- Excellent verbal/written skills required
- Architectural licensure preferred; candidates on the licensure track will also be considered. Ability to obtain architectural license is required.
- NCARB Certification preferred
- LEED GA or AP preferred
- Well-organized and able to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Rendering experience preferred.
- Construction administration experience a plus.
- Leads design team documentation efforts in Revit, and provides guidance to less experienced staff.
- Works closely with team leaders (design and project management) for the design and technical tasks on small to large-scale projects.
- Coordinates and integrates engineering design into complete design for client review and approval
- Prepare project approach and process for unique and diversified clients based on their need, and offer our innovative value.
- Involved in periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with documents
