Mid-Level Architect/ Project Architect

The candidate must have a well-rounded architecture experience in all aspects of design, and documentation with preferred experience in the following sectors: educational, healthcare, science and technology, or local, state or Federal government clients.

Responsibilities
  • 3 Years minimum to 9+ years professional experience in Architecture. 
  • Professional degree from an accredited college required.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Excellent verbal/written skills required
  • Architectural licensure preferred; candidates on the licensure track will also be considered.  Ability to obtain architectural license is required. 
  • NCARB Certification preferred
  • LEED GA or AP preferred
  • Well-organized and able to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Rendering experience preferred.
  • Construction administration experience a plus. 
Qualifications
  • Leads design team documentation efforts in Revit, and provides guidance to less experienced staff. 
  • Works closely with team leaders (design and project management) for the design and technical tasks on small to large-scale projects. 
  • Coordinates and integrates engineering design into complete design for client review and approval
  • Prepare project approach and process for unique and diversified clients based on their need, and offer our innovative value.
  • Involved in periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with documents
