Marketing Coordinator

BELL Architects is an award-winning architectural firm located in Washington, DC seeks a part-time marketing coordinator. The firm’s projects range from major historic renovations and additions to exciting and innovative sustainably designed buildings. Our studio is a fast-paced creative environment with a diverse group of architects. We are a team of reliable, detail-oriented, self-motivated professionals and we will expect that same work ethic from you. We’re looking for great organizational and planning skills to support our marketing efforts. A great applicant will have strong verbal and written skills combined with a creative graphic design aptitude. You will be responsible for a broad range of assignments such as letter and proposal writing, photo shoot coordination, electronic newsletters, collateral design and mailings, press releases, award submissions, principal support, database management, website updates, social media posts, and coordinating in-house events. It’s important to have worked in an architecture-related firm and have familiarity with putting together complicated responses for proposals as that will be the main part of the job.

Responsibilities

 

 

Qualifications

BA or BS degree in fine arts, arts and humanities, graphic design and/or communications.

High Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, PC-based Adobe applications, InDesign and WordPress. Community work.

1-3 years of experience in a related professional work environment
