• Developing drawings and construction documents.
• Creating 3d renderings for client meetings and presentations.
• Responding to clients and consultant calls and email as directed.
• Interest in residential architecture.
• Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Photoshop are required.
• Strong knowledge of 3D rendering skills is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of wood-frame design is a requirement.
