- Studio Upwall Architects, established in 2004, is a Washington DC-based architectural practice that offers integrated architectural services from conceptual design through construction.
- We are looking to assemble a team of like-minded individuals who share in our values of promoting sustainable design, urban revitalization, and community-centered design.
- We are a small open studio-based practice, specializing in both new construction and retrofits to existing buildings, for residential, mixed-use, and small commercial projects.
- Some of our current projects several new urban infill mixed-use projects, and custom residential projects.
- Studio Upwall Architects is currently seeking an Intermediate Architect/Project Manager with 3 to 5 years of professional experience who is based in the DC area.
- -Ability to work on all phases of a project from preliminary design through construction administration.
- -Strong graphic skills / experience in producing renderings;
- -Vectorworks or ArchiCAD experience is a plus;
- -A self-starter who is able to manage small projects independently, and collaborate with other staff on larger projects;
- -Strong communication and organizational skills.
