Interior Design

The role of a Project Manager at Soto requires a candidate to be a Registered Architect and have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the design industry (ideally in multifamily, commercial, or institutional building typologies).

The ideal candidate would hold additional accreditations to align with their industry passions such as LEED, WELL, Passive House or other. (Please tell us about all of your complementing extracurricular activities and interests!)

Software proficiency in Revit and BlueBeam are critical at Soto. The Project Manager position also requires proficiency in MS office products and adaptability to other shared management tools used in our industry . It is preferred, but not required, to have experience in supporting design tools such as SketchUp, AutoCad, Enscape and the Adobe Creative Suite

Qualifications

The role of a Interior Designer at Soto requires a candidate to have a minimum of 3+ years of experience under the supervision of a US licensed Interior Designer. The ideal candidate would hold a Masters Degree in Architecture or Interior Design and either have, or be working toward, their NCIDQ accreditation. The candidate may also hold additional accreditations to align with their industry passions such as LEED, WELL or other. (Please tell us about all of your complementing extracurricular activities and interests!)

Software proficiency in Revit and BlueBeam are critical at Soto. For the role of an Interior Designer, it is also required to have experience in Enscape; and highly recommended but not required to have additional proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCad, the Adobe Creative Suite, and MS office - all of which are used regularly in our project process.
