Home Design Consultant

Budget Blinds of Bethesda and Silver Spring provides custom shades, blinds, shutters, soft treatments, home automation, and more to Bethesda, Kensington, Silver Spring and Upper Northwest DC areas. We are a woman-owned small business and take great pride in serving our community well. We are looking to add an additional Home Design Consultant to our team due to growth!

Home Design Consultant will provide free in-home consultations by appointment to showcase and help customers choose products, provide measurements and price estimates. The Consultant is responsible for timely follow up with customers, communication and an overall positive customer experience. Consultant will work hand in hand with Budget Blinds of Bethesda and Silver Spring installer(s) to ensure customers' products are installed satisfactorily. Sales goals and expectations will be communicated and agreed upon hire.

3. you are open to regularly learning about industry and design trends, new and innovative products, and continuously sharpening your sales and consultation tactics, and
4. you are looking for an opportunity with endless growth opportunity and autonomy where you'll be working directly with the owner and a small team.

All training is provided and compensation, base salary plus commission,  is dependent on experience. College or associate's degree preferred.
