Doo Consulting is looking for an enthusiastic individual interested in addressing the challenge of climate change through the building sector. We are a sustainability-consulting firm with operations in Baltimore, Maryland, and San Diego, California. We serve an increasingly national market with clients in the real estate development and design market sectors. We also provide sustainability consulting services to businesses, organizations and municipalities on sustainability planning and implementation. We assist our clients in meeting performance goals of low impact, restorative development, green operations, as well as CSR and ESG targets.

Responsibilities

Parametric modeling for design phase analysis
• Generate Building Energy Models and Complete Building System Analysis
• Complete Energy Savings Reports to Present to Design Team
• Comprehensive Analysis of Buildings and Development of Recommended Energy
Conservation Measures.
• LEED EA Documentation
• Assist with other LEED documentation
• Design Review of New Construction and Retrofit Projects

Qualifications

BSE Degree
• 2-5 Years Energy Modeling Experience
• Energy Modeling Experience using Trane Trace, eQUEST a plus
• Parametric modeling using CoveTool
• Background in HVAC
• Experienced in Sustainable Design, LEED GA or AP
• LEED EA Documentation Experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe, Revit, BIM
• Excellent Communication Skills
