Development of project design, research and implement building codes, and produce construction documentation
Coordination with the project team (engineers et al.)
to develop construction documents that accurately implement the design intent
Attending meetings with the project team, consultants, and client to discuss and develop the design
Participation in construction administration by making site visits and addressing technical issues with guidance from the project team
Coordination with engineering, consultants, clients, contractors, and building officials to meet overall project objectives
Professional degree
Knowledge of building materials, specifications, and construction techniques
Experience coordinating with engineering disciplines
Revit and SketchUp proficiency
