Communications Internship

Just Value is a public benefit corporation tackling the systemic undervaluation of homes in communities of color. We are leading the way to develop racially equitable analytic approaches in real estate to create a fairer marketplace for owners of color with tools designed to redress historic and ongoing inequity, support equitable home ownership and preservation, and – ultimately - to help close the racial wealth gap.

Homeownership is the bedrock of American wealth generation, offering the average household security and long-term passive capital appreciation like no other asset. Early studies have shown that homes in Black-majority communities across the US are undervalued by $48,000 on average. Just Value is on a mission to remove this valuation gap and help homeowners access the full, equitable value of their homes.
