- Perform complicated financial modeling and spreadsheet analysis in Excel and/or RedIQ.
- Review and analyze legal documents and third-party reports as part of the due-diligence process.
- Review and analyze leases, rent-rolls, and other property management documents for the purpose of valuation.
- Coordinate information and prepare reports regarding market data, occupancy data, expense analysis, aerials, maps, rent/sales comparables.
- Prepare financial or executive summaries for all active proposals / listings.
- Organize and present data analysis, draw objective conclusions and make recommendations.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- 0-3 years of experience in real estate finance
- Exposure to financial modeling within Excel / RedIQ / Argus Enterprise
- A commitment to launching a career in the commercial real estate / mortgage banking industries
- Ability to thrive in a demanding and highly dynamic environment
