The Assistant Neighborhood Construction Manager (ANCM) is responsible for assisting the Neighborhood Construction Manager (NCM) in supervising the home building process.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist the NCM in managing subcontractor duties including scheduling, installation and quality control
  • Responsible for completion of punch lists
  • Installation of all house worksheet standard feature(s), option(s) and various product(s) selections based on the Product Book specifications
  • Ensure trade installations conform to SMH contract and scopes of work
  • Ensure homes are built to published schedules and within established budgets
  • Acting SMH representative to local jurisdictions, trade contacts and purchasers
  • Ensures each house is 100% complete for Area Service Manager Quality Walk
  • Various administrative duties such as, ordering building material and reviewing selections with trades
  • Complete all other duties as assigned by manager
  • Represent the company professionally in all internal and external interactions and communications
  • Adhere to company safety standards and help promote a safe working environment
