The Assistant Neighborhood Construction Manager (ANCM) is responsible for assisting the Neighborhood Construction Manager (NCM) in supervising the home building process.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist the NCM in managing subcontractor duties including scheduling, installation and quality control
- Responsible for completion of punch lists
- Installation of all house worksheet standard feature(s), option(s) and various product(s) selections based on the Product Book specifications
- Ensure trade installations conform to SMH contract and scopes of work
- Ensure homes are built to published schedules and within established budgets
- Acting SMH representative to local jurisdictions, trade contacts and purchasers
- Ensures each house is 100% complete for Area Service Manager Quality Walk
- Various administrative duties such as, ordering building material and reviewing selections with trades
- Complete all other duties as assigned by manager
- Represent the company professionally in all internal and external interactions and communications
- Adhere to company safety standards and help promote a safe working environment

Position Requirements:
- College degree preferred
- Knowledge of MS Office
