Colleen Healey Architecture (https://healeyarchitecture.com) is looking for an Architectural Summer Intern. Ideal candidates are currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Architecture. This position can be tailored to a candidate’s summer schedule prior to start.
Architectural Interns contribute to physical model making, project photoshoots, site measuring, and digital material library creation. Additional tasks may include rendering production, photography editing, and the creation of some technical drawings depending on experience.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent craft in hand-made physical modeling. Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator is also required. Experience with BIM applications a plus (note: our studio uses Archicad as our BIM platform).
The office is located in Chevy Chase DC, accessible via public transportation.
Competitive wage available based on experience level.
