Responsibilities
- 0-3 years professional experience for Architectural firms
- Professional degree from an accredited college required
- Proficiency in Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite required
- Well-organized and able to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in with architectural Renderings preferred(i.e Revit, Enscape, Lumion, etc. )
Qualifications
- Develop the BIM model and documentation for the resulting design and coordinating with other internal and external project team members
- Develop presentations for clients.
- Works closely with team leaders (design and project management) for the design and technical tasks on small to large-scale projects
- Involved in periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with documents
