Architect and Landscape Designer/Architect

Seeking an individual with an architectural degree to join our Landscape Design and Build team.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD Designer/Operator.

-Navigate and perform duties for project permits

- Proficient in SketchUp or other in-design graphic software 3D imagery (i.e., VIP 3D).

- Ability to provide construction drawings for decks, porches, pergolas, porticos and retaining walls for permit.

- Ability to compile material list from construction drawings for estimating cost.

- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

- Ability to effectively meet deadlines.
