The main thrust of part 3 consists on transforming the Cube object into a public building to enjoy student’s pastime (hobby). The building’s shape will remain cubic volume. However, projections of 4-feet max above the ground level are allowed, such as balconies, roof eaves, and stair landings.
The main program will focus on your personal interest or pastime, such as reading, drawing, music (listening or playing), dancing, writing, and board games. Here visitors with similar interests will be able to share ideas and collaborate. The building’s sequence (entrance and exiting) should flow naturally with the garden’s circulation. The building’s maximum capacity will be ten (10) people at any given moment.
