OakStone Communities’ Jacquelynn Residences at Upton Place is a 4-story, 138-unit independent living community located in Ellicott City, MD near the intersection of Baltimore Pike (US-40) and St. John’s Lane (MD-183).
The LEED Gold, 180,200 sq. ft building offers a mix of one bedroom, one bedroom + den, and two bedroom units as well as an array of lavish amenities and supportive services designed to keep seniors physically active, socially engaged, and spiritually serene.
Life at Upton Place centers around the courtyard and its lush gardens, tranquil koi pond, hot tub gazebo, and dining patio which provide shelter from surrounding noise and a fitting setting for socializing. Residents have 24/7 access to the building’s fitness center, which includes a resistance pool, yoga room, and steam sauna. A community kitchen, dining, and great room provide ample space for entertainment and weekly events.
