Now is the time to get involved with the University of Maryland Alumni Association and, in particular, the MAPP+D Alumni Network. It is a great way to connect to your alma mater and give back to the school that played such an important role in your life. There are many opportunities to make a difference for alumni and students of the School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation.
As an alumnus, there are a variety of ways to reconnect. Examples include being a mentor for a student, returning as a visiting critic on a review, and serving as an officer for our Alumni Network or as a guest speaker. If you would like to help out in any way, please send a note to Erica Belser, Assistant Director of External Relations and Stewardship, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our graduates are practicing all over the world and in all different areas of their chosen professions. The school's annual Architecture, Planning, Preservation and Real Estate Development Career and Internship Fair takes place in the spring and connects alumni from firms and companies all over the East Coast with current students and young alumni. For more information on representing your firm at the career fair or attending the career fair, please contact the MAPP Career Services Advisor, Kristen Stack at: 301-405-6311, or via email: email@example.com.
