Scranton Asset Management Guidebook

In this guidebook,the EFC provided guidance on building a stormwater asset management program for the city of Scranton.The EFC ishopeful that this work will be used as a tool for other communities in the Mid-Atlantic and across the country to help advance stormwater programs with limited resources.
