Schuylkill Action Network Financing Strategy

This white paper report outlines the funding and financing challenges related to restoring and protecting water resources in the Schuylkill watershed. Recommendations are provided to the Partnership for the Delaware Estuary on behalf of the Schuylkill Action Network for supporting key financing needs throughout the region.  The Environmental Finance Center's analysis focused on the Network's four "areas of concern" -- abandoned mine drainage, agriculture, wastewater management, and stormwater -- highlighted in the Schuylkill River source water assessment.
