The EFC is partnering with the Delaware Nature Society (DelNature) on their water policy work in the state. The EFC is providing analysis and comments on proposed state and county government water policy and draft permits and regulations, as well as support for the development of legislation on green infrastructure, stormwater management, forest protections, management of agricultural runoff, wetland protection and related issues with a focus on financing these initiatives.
Deliverables will include draft comments on permits, regulations and legislation as well as presentations and education on water quality issues in the Delaware River basin in Delaware.
