In this upper level, undergraduate design studio, students designed a building for a new non-profit urban sustainability institute in the Mount Vernon neighborhood of Baltimore. The institute was designed to encourage active and diverse discourse related to the intersection of sustainable solutions as well as promote education, research, and awareness of issues related to sustainability.
