The Westin at Sea-Tac is a 6-story, 400-room hotel development at the Seattle Tacoma Airport in Seattle, Washington. The 256,000 SF project will have a direct connection to the airport terminal. The project aims to: 1) Enrich the airport experience, 2) Promote meeting and gathering, 3) Utilize surrounding landscapes, and 4) Fulfill Westin brand initiatives. The hotel will include 20 meeting rooms, a 10,000 SF banquet hall, a 6,000 SF health club, and a restaurant, lounge, and coffee outlet. The project will have profound environmental benefits including: reducing waste of water and energy through guestroom technology, using storm water management techniques to utilize potential provided by the local climate, promote the use of public transportation through light rail and bus line accessibility, and contribute to the Port of Seattle's goal to be the greenest and most efficient port in America.
