Zachrey Sims is the program coordinator for the ARCH program. Zach previously worked as the academic program coordinator in the American University School of International Service, and as Project Associate of Search Services at the Association of Community College Trustees.
Zach has spent time working with students from elementary school to master's candidates. Along the way, he has taught in classrooms, managed departmental finances, built social studies curriculums, coordinated inter-department planning, and picked up after playtime. By joining in community with students, Zach wants to leverage his institutional knowledge to collaborate with students to find the solutions they need.
Zach grew up in the Appalachian foothills around Charlottesville, Virginia and enjoys reading, going to concerts, watching baseball and soccer, trying (and often failing) homebrewing, playing dungeons and dragons, and loves picking out the perfect background music.
