Hello my name is Shawn Williams. I joined the School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation August 2023 as an Information Technology Support Assistant. My role includes mainly helping students and staff with any school computer and printer related issues. Assisting both Fabian and Kenny with any IT and technical needs. I graduated from Prince George’s Community College in 2021 with an Associate of Applied Sciences in Computer Engineering Technology. I hope to one day go back to school to receive my bachelors. Previously I was doing contract IT work at various companies, including the FCC. Where my day to day was assisting users with any and all technical issues and needs they had. This is my first full time IT role. I am hoping to be able to utilize my skills here. Also I am looking forward to expanding my knowledge during my time here. I am looking forward to working here with all of the staff.
