Biography

Michelle Kokolis joined EFC as a Program Manager in December 2018 and now serves as the Director for the Partnership for Action Learning in Sustainability
(PALS).  She has spent her entire career developing restoration, outreach, and education programming focused on cleaning up the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries. Prior to joining EFC, Michelle was the Director of Programs & Operations at Rock Creek Conservancy, where she oversaw all of the Conservancy’s restoration programming. She also served as the Anacostia Watershed Manager at the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments and the Watershed Restoration Manger at the James River Association. Michelle received her M.S. in Biology from Old Dominion University and her B.S. in Biology from Susquehanna University.
