Biography
Specializations include desktop mapping and computer applications of planning and neighborhood housing policy.
He teaches courses in research methods, housing, and computer mapping. Prior research has focused on housing alternatives for the elderly, as well as home financing options for the elderly. The latter funded by the Andrus Foundation.
Currently, he is examining the rental housing market in Southeast Baltimore (funded by the U.S. Department of Education). In addition, with support from the State of Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development, he is investigating the relationship between state investment and neighborhood health.
